Terms of use

1. The Trans with a room website can integrate any city in the country and also has an international classifieds page.
2. Only profiles identifying as Transgender/Transsexual will be accepted. For those undergoing gender transition, the profile will be accepted after a careful analysis by our team.
3. There are no restrictions regarding the operated transsexuals, providing adequate identification of this condition in their profile.
4. Only 01 (one) Profile per person is allowed! If two profiles are found, the newest one will be deleted without prior notice.
5. Publication will be made only if all the required data are presented.

THE ESSENTIAL DATA TO BE SUBMITTED BELOW:

1. Name and surname. Pay attention to the following criteria in this field:
   1. The advertiser who wishes to be part of the site must follow the standard rule of using a name and a surname, which don’t need to be real; they can be work-related names, but both a first and last name are required.
   2. The name and surname cannot exceed the limit of 20 characters.
2. Specific telephone contact and WhatsApp number. In the absence of telephone contact, the WhatsApp number used to contact us can be informed in the profile.
3. Address, neighborhood and city.
   1. The exact number of your location (address) will only appear on your profile if you choose to include it.
   2. The neighborhood should always be informed when the profile has a room available to operate the service. The mentioned rules do not include the profile published on the pages with the title “Nearby Cities”.
   3. If you do not have a place where you can work, you must inform us at the time of publishing your profile, and the same is required in the event of a change of address before sending the profile link.
4. Photos, pay attention to the following criteria:
   1. Profile with less than 05 (Five) photos will not be allowed.
   2. Photos without good resolution, which depict criminal acts, drug use, acts of pedophilia, acts of zoophilia, religious intolerance, any other form of discrimination, or that are not approved by our team, will not be posted.
   3. Photos containing location, telephone contacts and other information causing visual pollution, including prints, will not be posted.
   4. We do not modify any type of “Media”, and we do not add “media” that could attribute an improper use of the image / name or violate the copyrights of third parties.
5. A photo of an identification document with photo is required: Id Card, driving license, passport etc. The photo must contain both document sides, in such a condition that all information can be analyzed.
6. Selfie is required: photo of the document next to the face, in order to verify the face with the photo of the document.
7. The following items are optional; however, it is very important to add as much content as possible to the profile:
   1. VIDEO: Profile with videos are very important for the fans of the site. Videos with printed logos from other sites will not be posted.
   2. AUDIO: Have audios on your profile, describe yourself or the services you do, site visitors love them.
      1. A brief description is recommended so that the client can get to know you better. Attention, it is not allowed to reveal phone numbers, addresses, or cities; the same applies to dates.

PRESENTATION TEXT (brief description):

1. We have specific fields for the address and contacts, for this reason this information is not allowed in the presentation text.
2. It must contain only information of the advertiser’s profile and her service.
3. It will not be allowed to justify criminal acts, drugs use, acts of pedophilia, acts of zoophilia, religious intolerance or any other form of discrimination.
4. To keep the site up to date, it is not allowed to specify dates. We suggest to the advertiser does it by commenting on their profile.

INFORMATION ON NAME AND / OR SURNAME CHANGES:

1. In order to avoid inconsistencies and unreliability of the information provided by the website, changes can only be made within the terms set out below:
   1. Up to 30 (thirty) days from the publication of the profile;
   2. 06 (six) months for the recurrence of alteration

FRONT COVER / BANNER INFORMATION:

1. The front cover / banner has special configurations in which only a horizontal (or rectangular photo) is allowed. The photos indicated by the advertiser, who do not respect these requirements, will be treated in such a way as to be framed to the front cover / banner.
2. It’s possible to add “place not available” in case that the advertiser does not have a place to operate the service. No other information will be allowed.

OUR SERVICE:

1. We don’t charge for profile changes.
2. Our response time is reduced to a minimum and no request will be overlooked, of course, if the request falls within our reception hours, Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 20:00.
3. Conversations initiated beyond our office hours will be only processed on the next business day.
4. In case of large quantities of requests on WhatsApp, the process is carried out through the application’s own mechanisms. It is very important that the advertiser understands these functinalities and our working method, in order to improve our relationships more and more and decrease the waiting times to complete requests.
5. We only manage contact requests via WhatsApp that are registered in our database. Advertisers who contact us via WhatsApp without prior registration must prove their authenticity by providing a selfie holding an ID. This ID may include a driver’s license, Aadhaar, or other official Indian documents. Additionally, they can present a piece of paper displaying the website’s name alongside their face. If these conditions are not met, we will request a clear photo of an identification document (front and back, legible and not cropped), as well as a selfie.

ABOUT THE PROFILE CHANGES:

1. We ask for the cooperation of our advertisers in contacting us, in order to avoid abuse, hindering the service flow.
2. When you need to make any changes to your profile, please check all the necessary changes before contacting us;
3. Explain all your needs in a simple and objective way;
4. subsequent requests to the sending of the link, due to lack of attention from the advertiser, will be satisfied at our discretion. If the advertiser fails to cooperate, the advertiser will be required to contact our team the next day, by making a new request.

ABOUT ROTINE VERIFICATION:

1. Routine verification is done through the app. WhatsApp, whose number is independent and exclusive for this purpose;
2. The advertiser whose profile has not received any updates for at least 25 days, will be contacted by us to check the information posted;
3. When this verification is carried out, the advertiser who receives our contact is requested to answer to our messages quickly,
4. Otherwise the profile can be disabled immediately or within a maximum period of 24 hours in case that the advertiser ignores our contact;
5. Any other requests, including changes of address and telephone contact outside the hours of our routine verification contact, must have exclusive priority;
6. The “monthly routine check” will be done via Whats App. Please note that the verification message will only be sent from the exclusive number of our unified service.
7. Information on the temporary block – In order not to compromise the site-advertiser relationship, especially when the advertiser recuses to comply with our terms, the temporary blocking of the number used to contact us of the respective advertiser, with the possibility of unblocking only after our management will consider it necessary. Temporary contact blocking will occur in the following cases:
   1. Persistent messages after an activity;
   2. Persistent calls;
   3. Imminent conflicts

1. Conversation with advertisers through other communication channels is strictly prohibited. Any problems or situations can and must be resolved only via WhatsApp or through our e-mail [email protected]
2. The Trans with a room website reserves the right not to accept anyone who refuses to comply with our methodology, as well as to use abusive / offensive treatment against us or for any reason of imminent conflict, whether against us, with other advertisers or with customers who access the site.
3. We are only a vehicle for online dissemination and, as such, we are not responsible for the service and relationships between advertisers and customers.

WHEN ADVERTISING ON TRANS WITH A ROOM:

1. The advertiser grants to the trans with a room website the right of use, commercial exploitation and diffusion of its photos, videos, audio and texts until the same or a lawyer authorized by the latter explicitly requests that the material be removed in in whole or in part from the site. In the event of such a request, the material will be removed as soon as possible.
2. The advertiser declares to be of age and that the photos, videos, audios and documents sent for his associated advertisement are his property and that any person appearing there is also of age and authorizes the display and the use of his images in the following terms:
3. This authorization is issued free of charge, and includes the use of the images throughout the national territory and abroad, in all its modalities and without limits of time or number of use.
4. The authorization for the use described above prevents any complaint relating to the rights connected to the image or relating to any other material disclosed through the site.

WHEN THE PROFILE IS PUBLISHED:

1. The advertiser grants to the site the right to commercial use and disclosure of its photos, videos, audio and text until an explicit request for total or partial removal is made through our communication channels. Once the request is formalized, the material will be removed as soon as possible.
2. The advertiser declares to be of age and that the photos, videos, audio etc. are owned by him, and that any other person appearing in the material is of age and authorize the display and use of the images under the conditions listed below:
3. This authorization is free of charge, including the use of the aforementioned image throughout the national territory and abroad, in all its modalities and without time limits or number of uses;
4. The authorization described above prevents any type of right claim connected to the image or to any other material promulgated by the site.
